James is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer having qualified in 2007, he joined Alexander Reece Thomson in 2019 to head up the Valuation Department. James has prepared valuations across a number of asset types for loan security purposes, S18 dilapidations, accounts, sale and leasebacks, expert witness and development appraisals.
