Nigel makes every effort to deliver results and was flattered having received high level feedback from one of the world’s largest food companies who Nigel represented, that declared, “Honestly, I knew before the award came that we hired the right guy…”.
Nigel further specialises in Section 18(1) Dilapidations and is often called to provide Expert Witness evidence at Court. Nigel’s most recent highlight extended to providing successful Valuation Expert Witness Evidence on behalf of the Defendant at the High Courts of Justice in the case of Car Giant Limited and Another v Hammersmith and Fulham (2017), leading to a favourable judgment and an Award for Costs on behalf of his client.

Another of Nigel’s most notable achievements was on behalf of an international operator in connection with a rent review on its prime central London flagship restaurant. Nigel secured an Arbitration Award at a nil increase against a landlord’s valuation at four times the level of the passing rent, comprising over seven figures.

Nigel’s expertise extends to investment acquisition and disposals, commercial agency and non-domestic rating.
