The preparation and negotiation of Dilapidations claims is not just a Building Surveying matter. Achieving the optimum settlement demands a thorough knowledge of relevant Case Law, an understanding as to how these impacts on the relevant covenants found in leases and a correct understanding of the obligations imposed by Statute. This is coupled with a detailed understanding of valuation methodology.
